As part of the actions to reactivate the economy, the governments of Jalisco and Guadalajara announced “Creative District”, an 11-hectare project that seeks to build vertical real estate developments, with the aim of repopulating the central area of Guadalajara.

In the 11-hectare polygon there are six lands owned by Ciudad Creativa Digital; of which four or six will be sold through tender for the development of mixed projects with housing, shops and services for the new occupants of the area.

Currently, the Guadalajara real estate market has withstood the effects of the COVID-19 health emergency and has maintained a positive demand for offices.
