The corporate real estate market of Mérida continues to consolidate as one of the most attractive in the country thanks to the diversity of its payment schemes, which is beneficial for investors during the health emergency period due to COVID-19.

According to an analysis by the Solili platform, the average monthly rental price of corporate spaces in this city is $ 19.87 per square meter until January 2021.

This rental price is only below what Mexico City records on average, which is $ 21.52 per square meter per month.

However, corridors such as Cabo Norte, in Mérida, the monthly rental price per square meter registered last January a cost of 21.08 dollars per square meter, very close to the average monthly rental cost per square meter in Mexico City. which stands at $ 21.52.

Solili estimates that this corridor will have an important development in the future as it currently has a significant presence of corporate building developments that have mostly already been sold and due to the construction of the Mérida WTC, which will be a reference for businesses.

The conception of this project represents one of the trends that have been taking place in Yucatán in recent years: the design of mixed-use buildings.
