Industrial move outs in San Luis Potosí doubled compared to January-February 2025

The national industry continues to experience changes in infrastructure and the development of its regional markets. San Luis Potosí has been characterized by its gradual growth; however, in recent months it has seen an increase in industrial vacancies.

During the first two months of 2026, San Luis Potosí registered 34,000 square meters of vacated space, doubling the figure compared to the previous year.

70% of the move outs occurred in the San Luis Potosí Industrial Zone submarket, while the remaining 30% occurred in the San Luis Potosí-Villa de Arriaga submarket.

Industrial leasing activity in San Luis Potosí registered 7,000 square meters during the two-month period, a figure surpassed by move outs, a situation also observed in industrial markets such as Mexico City and Tijuana.
