El Financiero | May 07, 2021 |

In the first quarter of 2021, the income of Vinte, Ruba, Ara, Cadu Inmobiliaria and Javer averaged 7 thousand 148.7 million pesos together, which meant an increase of 11 percent, thanks to the sale of homes that was driven by a greater placement of mortgages and the increase in prices per unit due to the limited supply of houses in the country.

In addition, from January to March of this year, the new inventory of the main housing units in the country was still pressured by the health crisis, which is why they only managed to register more than 9,279 homes, mostly of social, middle and residential interest.

Vinte reported income of 783 million pesos in the first quarter of this year, which represented an increase of 13.6 percent, its best result since 2019, this due to the deed of 869 homes, however its operating flow decreased 1.4 percent .

Meanwhile, Ruba's income grew 13 percent to total 2,151 million pesos in the first quarter of 2021, this thanks to the sale of homes, mainly of social interest, as well as a greater placement of loans from Infonavit, Fovissste and banking.

In addition, the company registered a total of 2,138 homes, 3.4 percent more than in the first quarter of last year, although it recognized that the closing of works in April and May 2020 complicated the operation of the housing.

Consorcio Ara had revenues of 1,583.6 million pesos, an increase of 10.6 percent compared to the first quarter of 2020, however the company sold 1,747 units from January to March of this year, a decrease of 3.1 percent per year.

In the case of Cadu Inmobiliaria, its total income was 838 million pesos in the quarter of this year, an annual increase of 10.6 percent, impacted by lower land sales, while housing prices increased 13.3 percent by the commercialization of new and used units of social and residential interest.

Javer's median home price rose 7.4 percent, increasing his income by 9.4 percent.
