Mexico City concentrated the majority of national demand, accounting for 65% of total absorption during the period. Monterrey ranked second with a 15% share, while Tijuana contributed 5% of total demand.

The dynamism observed in these markets is primarily due to corporate activity in high-specification buildings and the consolidation of the country's main business corridors, where most office occupancy and leasing transactions continue to be concentrated.
