National office demand accumulated 195,000 square meters in July-August 2025

The corporate office market in Mexico showed solid performance during the two-month period July-August 2025, accumulating 195,000 square meters of acquisitions, a figure that represents a 65% increase in demand compared to the same period last year.

The increases occurred mainly in markets such as Mexico City, which registered 143,000 square meters of leases, equivalent to a 77% increase.

Meanwhile, in the Monterrey corporate market, demand was nearly 20,000 square meters, increasing 48% compared to the two-month period of July and August 2024. Leasing activity in Guadalajara registered 12,000 square meters in July-August, increasing 47% compared to the same two-month period in 2024.
