Likewise, the company indicated that the companies that came to SLP the most during the first quarter of the year belong to logistics and manufacturing sectors, this is because the entity has several characteristics that make it attractive for the installation of companies.

Solili pointed out that the corridor, San Luis Potosí - Villa de Arriaga, reported the largest leased space, with a total of 13 thousand m2, which represents 54% of the industrial demand of Q1, followed by the Zona Industrial San Luis Potosí industrial corridor. with a total of 11.6 m2 of lease.

The entity also has a good part of projects under construction, for example, the SLP Industrial Zone has four new industrial warehouses under construction that total 130 thousand m2, as well as the San Luis Potosi-Villa de Arriaga corridor, which is working on the construction of 95 thousand m2.
