From January to November 2025, accumulated demand for industrial space in Ciudad Juárez exceeded 285,000 square meters. This figure represents a 17% increase compared to the same period of the previous year.

The manufacturing sector has been the main driver of industrial demand in the border city. Among the most notable investments are TCL, Vistaprint, and BPI, which together demanded more than 140,000 square meters from January to November.
The Southern submarket accounts for the largest share of accumulated demand for the year, followed by the Southeast, West, and Southwest submarkets, with percentages of 62%, 28%, 5%, and 3%, respectively.
While accumulated demand is higher than last year's, the Ciudad Juárez industrial market still has a vacancy rate exceeding 5.5%. This indicates a wide and varied supply of available spaces, ready to be occupied as demand stabilizes and the market continues to expand.
