Demand for offices in Monterrey reports an annual increase of 18%

In the period from January to March 2024, the demand for the Monterrey office market grew by 18% compared to the last quarter of 2023 with a total gross demand of more than 21 thousand square meters.

Torre Hélice topped the list of leases with 18% of the total absorptions. A building that has international standards, saving and ecological systems as well as a game center and lounge spaces that have made it an ideal space for corporations since it is currently almost entirely occupied.

The BH Lifework mixed-use building that recently completed its work to offer immediate delivery office spaces was the second most in demand in terms of sales.

In the Centro corridor, there were also important absorptions both in buildings that are already in operation, such as Torre 411, as well as in Torre SOHL, which is still under construction and continues to receive investments, both buildings from the developer Proyectos 9.

Both the increase in demand and the data reported regarding unemployment, which decreased by 50% compared to the previous quarter, showed a quarterly closing with positive and encouraging absorptions since after more than a year of constant recovery the figures continue to be at an increase.
