Demand for offices in Mexico registers an 11% increase during the last year

The Mexican office market at the close of October 2025 showed robust performance in the face of a new post-pandemic scenario, with demand beginning to show signs of growth.

In October, office leasing activity in the country reached 80,000 square meters, reflecting an 11% increase compared to the same month in 2024.

The capital city concentrated the majority of office investments in October, accounting for 87% of transactions, while Querétaro took second place with 7% of the total.
