Office demand in Leon reports a strong increase compared to Q2 2024

During the second quarter of 2025, the corporate market in León, Guanajuato, showed greater dynamism, ranking fourth among the markets with the highest office demand during this period.

Leasing activity in León in the second quarter of the year was close to 9,000 square meters, which represents a significant increase compared to the same period in 2024, when leasing reached just 400 square meters.

At the end of June, León had more than 25,000 square meters available, being leased at an average price of $12.19 per square meter per month.
