Annual demand for office space in Guadalajara reaches 57,000 m² during 2025

By the end of 2025, the Guadalajara corporate market registered an accumulated demand of 57,000 square meters, a level similar to that observed in 2024. This confirms a stable environment for office absorption, even within an economic context that was perceived as challenging at the beginning of the year.

Leasing activity was concentrated in the Nueva Zona Financiera submarket, which led the market by capturing 33% of investments, followed by Puerta de Hierro with 23%, and López Mateos Sur with 13%.

It is worth noting a shift in demand toward premium office space. Seventy percent of transactions took place in Class A buildings, demonstrating that companies continue to prioritize operational efficiency, certifications, and superior technical conditions, even in a cost-control environment.
