From January to September 2025, office demand in Guadalajara's corporate market reached a total of 47,000 square meters, confirming the dynamism in office occupancy transactions in the Jalisco capital.

Leasing activity was primarily concentrated in the Nueva Zona Financiera and Puerta de Hierro submarkets, which accounted for 33% and 26% of total demand, respectively.

The Vallarta - Americas submarket ranked as the third most active market, accounting for 15% of accumulated absorption, tripling the volume recorded in the same period in 2024.

Of interest: Office leasing in Puebla decreased 40% compared to July-August 2024.

Although the economic outlook for 2025 was not particularly encouraging, marked by cautious investment decisions, the Guadalajara office segment showed stable performance, reaffirming the market's ability to adapt.
