According to the Statista portal, for Latin America online retail sales are forecast to go from $ 36.9 billion in 2016 to $ 83.63 billion in 2020, tripling in value in less than 5 years.

With the launch of the "Industry Report 2020" for Mexico and Latin America, the aim is to give a more exhaustive analysis of the most important findings in the e-commerce industry, since figures stand out from the strong penetration of online operations with figures calculated only for Mexico of 18,764 million dollars, in the framework of the Covid-19 pandemic.
