Commercial real estate brokerage firm Cushman & Wakefield México announced their exclusive commercial representation for Torre Reforma.
The building, designed by architect Jacobo Romano and his firm, LBR&A Arquitectos, has a total 42,000 square meters in 57 levels, and 17,456 square meters currently available in 26 floors.
Completed in 2016, it was the first development in Mexico to obtain the Leed Platinum certification for sustainability. The building is located on the Paseo de la Reforma avenue within the Central Business District of Mexico City.
The building offers a three level cluster configuration and highly flexible and efficient floor plans for tenants, Cushman & Wakefield shared with Solili.
Cushman and Wakefield stated that it is a great achievement to be able to work with the developer of the building, Hexa, in commercializing what is considered a historic project. The concept includes the restored antique house "La Casona" and solid space for companies to build the future.
"No doubt, for Mexico City this is a real estate icon; elegant, modern, functional and highly innovative. It's a generational turning point due to its avant-garde design, creating a new quality standard for future developments", said Victor Lachica, chairman & CEO for Mexico and Central America.
Cushman & Wakefield also shared that they're facing a project with a strong identity in the market.
"This project presents a great challenge, strategically position an excellent product in the national market, while leasing selectively among companies with a philosophy perfectly compatible with the quality and innovation standards of Torre Reforma", Lachica added.
Luis Sanchez, the Commercial Office Director, will be in charge of the representation of the building.
