The five LEED Platinum buildings with the greatest use of sustainable technologies located in CDMX are: Torre Virreyes, Torre BBVA Bancomer, Torre Reforma, Punta Reforma and Torre HSBC.

Torre Virreyes has 135 thousand 901 square meters of offices and an investment of 120 million dollars, it has an electrical system based on the division of the loads of the property helped by solar panels. It managed to reduce water consumption by 25%, as well as electricity consumption by 40%.
