Industrial supply grows in the country's border markets

At the end of September 2025, the industrial market reached a national inventory of 109 million square meters, representing annual growth of 5%. However, demand for space decreased, leading to an increase in vacancy.

At the end of the third quarter of the year (3Q25), vacancy totaled 4.8 million square meters, 2 million more than the figure reported for the same period last year.

The average rental price nationwide continued to rise, closing September at $7.27 per square meter per month, an increase of almost 0.50 compared to the same quarter last year.
