Demand for offices in Guadalajara has grown for four years in a row

Guadalajara has stood out for its solid performance in attracting new investments and leasing activity in the office market, which has driven a constant increase in accumulated demand over the last four consecutive years.

A total of 66 buildings presented significant leases that contributed to the total annual demand being more than 77 thousand square meters in 2023, of which 82% of the occupancy was in class A properties.

In the first quarter of 2022, there was a vacancy of 20.30%, where the class A office market was still suffering the ravages of the pandemic and negative gross demands from previous quarters.
