National industrial demand during the tenth month of the year reached 500,000 square meters. Ciudad Juárez stood out, ranking fourth among the most in-demand markets in the country, behind only Mexico City, Monterrey, and Querétaro.
The Southern submarket accounted for all leasing activity registered during the month, with investments in high-end buildings driven entirely by companies in the manufacturing sector.

At the end of October, the border industrial market registered a vacancy rate of 450,000 square meters. The Southern submarket accounts for 45% of this vacancy, with high-end buildings developed by companies such as Prologis, MEOR, Centinela Property, American Industries, and Roca Desarrollos, among others.
