In Queretaro, as of the end of November 2025, industrial construction reached 253,000 square meters, representing a 40% year-on-year decrease compared to the same period in 2024.

Aeropuerto submarket accounts for 60% of the developments under construction. Meanwhile, the Queretaro–San Luis Potosi and Mexico City–Queretaro submarkets each represent 20% of the total construction.
