Industrial construction in Puebla reached more than 60,000 square meters in August 2025

Puebla's industrial market showed a revival in industrial infrastructure investments during August 2025 with the start of construction on 18,000 square meters. The space being built is located on the Mexico-Puebla Highway industrial submarket.

At the end of August 2025, Puebla's industrial market reported a total of 64,000 square meters under construction. This figure contrasts with the same period in 2024, when only 10,000 square meters of warehouses were under development.

Currently, 51% of the space under construction is concentrated in the Audi Puebla industrial park, while 29% is in iPark, and the remaining 20% is in the new facilities of the Finsa Puebla I industrial park.

Puebla has just over 2 million square meters of industrial inventory and a 1.9% marketed industrial space rate, one of the lowest in the country.
