Automotive companies account for 35% of industrial demand in Saltillo

The Saltillo industrial market is experiencing sustained growth driven by the arrival and expansion of Asian automotive companies. Between 2025 and the first four months of 2026, this segment accumulated more than 100,000 square meters (m²) in leasing transactions, representing 35% of the total demand registered during that period.

Industrial activity has concentrated in key logistics corridors, notably the municipality of Ramos Arizpe, where companies like Fuerda and Sanhua, specializing in auto parts, have expanded their operations through strategic investments.

The market remained dynamic during the first four months of 2026, a period that saw a Chinese company purchase an industrial building in Derramadero, with an area exceeding 15,000 square meters.
