The Mexican company Cuprum is also committed to the entity and intends to invest 100 million dollars to build three new aluminum extrusion plants in Nuevo León.

The inauguration of new plants also made headlines, such as the investment of 8 million dollars by the Chinese company BUT Construction Machinery in the installation of its plant in Monterrey, where they projected another 12 million dollars for a second phase to expand their production in the state.

Sumitomo Drive Technologies inaugurated a new plant of 15.8 thousand square meters where it invested 12 million dollars in the GP Desarrollos Pocket Park Oriente Industrial Park, from where they will manufacture components for power transmission.

All these initiatives reinforce Monterrey as the most diversified industrial market where the greatest competition is generated from developers seeking their participation to provide industrial spaces for companies that want to expand or that choose this market as their headquarters within Mexico.
