AMResorts, belonging to the North American firm Apple Leisure Group (ALG) announced its alliance with Grupo Pinsa, for the construction of Dreams® Estrella del Mar Mazatlán, the first resort to operate under the Dreams® Resorts & Spas brand in the Pearl of the Pacific Mexican.

The hotel will have an investment of 70 million dollars by Grupo Pinsa, and its inauguration is scheduled for December 2022.

Its construction will be at the Estrella del Mar Golf Club, a private residential community that extends over an area of 374 hectares with 5.6 km of beachfront and is located 9 km from Mazatlán International Airport.

Dreams® Estrella del Mar Mazatlán with 350 rooms, all with ocean views (including 29 swim-out suites) and a special section for adults only; on a five-hectare site with a 293-meter beachfront. In addition to five restaurants, six bars, four pools, a Spa, gym, yoga room, convention center for 700 people and a theater for 350 spectators.
