Cemex issued a full amortization notice regarding the senior notes secured with a 7,750% coupon due in 2026 (Notes 2026).

The Mexican company referred to the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV) that the total amount of the 2026 Notes is for about one billion dollars, which is expected to be fully amortized on February 16, 2021.

"The total amount of the principal of the 2026 Notes that is amortized is USD $ 1,000,000,000, which constitutes the total amount of the principal of the 2026 Notes outstanding as of the date of this report."
