Caxxor Group will develop two industrial parks in Coahuila

Caxxor Group announced, through a meeting with Miguel Ángel Riquelme Solís, Governor of the State of Coahuila, the development of two industrial parks that will be part of the T-MEC Corridor.

According to the company, the investment for both parks will be 300 million dollars, 150 million pesos for each one.

During the meeting, Carlos Ortiz, general director of Caxxor Group, indicated that the 400-hectare parks will be located, one in the municipality of Frontera and the other in the Nava area near the border towards Eagle Pass.

It is worth mentioning that Caxxor Group is preparing a railway project that will serve to connect the state of Sinaloa with Winnipeg, Canada, passing through Durango, Monterrey, Dallas, Tulsa and Chicago.

The corridor's Master Plan will have a total investment of 3.3 billion dollars.

According to Solili, at the end of the first quarter of 2021, the industrial activity in the city of Saltillo presented a significant increase in the demand for its vacant spaces and buildings that are still under construction, also adding a BTS building for the Philips company, which will be expanding during this year in just over 15 thousand square meters developed by Grupo Davisa.

This market reported a gross demand of 72 thousand square meters during the period January-March 2021 and most of it was concentrated in the Ramos Arizpe corridor.
