Bulkmatic de México plans to invest 770 million pesos between 2021 and 2022 for its different terminals in the country, said Camilo Gómez, the company's commercial manager, during the railway video seminar organized by the Mexican Railway Association (AMF).

These resources will allow it to provide a better service to its clients and he specified that for this year, the petroleum sector will be the one that promotes the development of the firm.

For this year, it will have 589 million pesos for its terminals in Salinas Victoria II, as well as for those located in the central area of the country and also for Hermosillo.

According to the Solili real estate platform, the industrial real estate market in Monterrey, Nuevo León, has an inventory of 12 million 77 thousand 283 square meters of which there are 779 thousand 443 square meters vacant.

Bulkmatic de México has two transfer terminals in Salinas Victoria, in Nuevo León. One of them has a capacity for 250 rail cars and a storage capacity of 10,000 square meters. .

For 2022, it projected 181 million pesos to continue with the expansion of Salinas Victoria and terminals in the central area of the country.

Only last year they carried out a capital injection for 361 million pesos for their new facilities in Hermosillo, Sonora, and the expansion in Salinas Victoria, Monterrey.

Bulkmatic de México has 15 transfer terminals in different cities of the Republic, such as Monterrey, San Luis Potosí, Querétaro, Mexico City, Toluca, among others.
