The general director of BROSE, Manuel Guevara Salinas, revealed the German investment company's plans to establish a fourth plant in Querétaro, an entity that responds with educational quality and the high qualification of its workforce.

Currently, BROSE operates three plants in Querétaro, located in strategic locations such as the Benito Juárez Industrial Park, the airport Industrial Park and El Marqués.

The new BROSE plant will be dedicated to the production of electromechanical window movement systems, aimed primarily at the automotive sector.

The company has stood out for its collaboration with various automotive brands and, with this expansion, it will further strengthen its presence in the market.

Regarding the economic impact, it is estimated that the investment in the fourth plant will generate around 600 to 700 jobs, direct and indirect, in Querétaro. These jobs seek profiles of engineers and qualified labor.

Regarding the exact location of the new plant, Guevara Salinas indicated that they are still evaluating the available options. The decision will be made after a careful analysis of the logistical and geographical possibilities that Querétaro offers.

BROSE, Tier 1 with German capital, has established itself as an important player in the automotive industry in Mexico.

Its products include electric motors, ABS systems, cooling components, seats and door lift systems, and side modules for vehicles. Much of its production goes to the United States, representing 40% of its exports, while the rest is sent to destinations such as Brazil, Germany, China and several other countries.

The project is expected to start in 2025, although the amount of the investment is not yet known.
