The average price is 29.32 usd/m2/month by 2017 second quarter.

Second place is Polanco, where spaces go from 20.50 to 40.00 usd/m2/month, with an average of 28.22 usd/m2/month.

Third places goes for Bosques de las Lomas, where the amplitude goes from 18.00 to 36.25 usd/m2/month. The average there is 18.25 usd/m2/month.

Fourth and fifth place are for Reforma and Insurgentes submarkets, with ranges going from 24.00-42.00 usd/m2/month and 19.50-35.00 usd/m2/month respectively.
