Banco Inmobiliario Mexicano, a mexican niche bank for the real estate market, is not giving up and planning a strategy to grant loans to developers of storage space, offices and industrial spaces.

The last years have been difficult for the directive team, specially because of not reaching the desired profitability. "With us, the partners have been receiving very little profits" Victor Manuel Requejo, chairman of the board, recognized.
