Fully planned mini-city projects increase in Mérida

The growing interest on the part of real estate developers to invest in Mérida has been reflected in the announcement of projects in which they intend to carry out planned mini cities with all the amenities and good connectivity, for example the Capitol District or the most recently announced by the Altozano real estate group.

It will be called Altozano Mérida and among the most relevant amenities that this type of project can offer are drinking and waste water treatment plants, LED lighting, electric generator, green areas, sports areas, internet connection and shopping plaza.

Altozano is a real estate group with nine developments in eight states of the country (Tabasco, Querétaro, Morelia, Mérida, La Laguna, Hermosillo, Colima, Ciudad Juárez and Chihuahua); This will be its fourth project and it will be located to the north of the city, an area that is booming not only for solely residential projects, but also for other sectors such as offices.
