Office Leases in Mexico City Grew 38% in the First Two Months of 2026

At the end of the first two months of 2026, demand for office space in Mexico City reached 105,000 square meters, showing a 38% increase compared to the same period of the previous year.

Class A spaces dominate leases in the capital, representing 54% of the total, confirming that companies prioritize high-end infrastructure, sustainability, and employee well-being.

The most sought-after office submarkets in Mexico City during this period continue to be Reforma with 43% occupancy, followed by Polanco with 17%, and Insurgentes with 13%.
