Office Leasing in Mexico City Reported 37% Growth in Q1 2026

In the first quarter of 2026, Mexico City ranked first nationally in terms of demand, reporting a total of 88,000 square meters, representing a 37% year-over-year increase compared to Q1 2025.

The most in-demand office submarkets during the first quarter were Reforma with 41% occupancy, followed by Insurgentes with 17%, and Santa Fe with 15%.
