Industrial Leasing in Monterrey Reached 200,000 m² in October-November 2025

During October and November 2025, the Monterrey industrial market registered a demand of 200,000 square meters, remaining within the same levels recorded during the same period of the previous year.

The manufacturing sector was the main driver of industrial demand in Monterrey during this period, accounting for 90% of the demand. Companies such as Etron and Emotiv stand out among the investments made during the two-month period. All transactions during the two-month period were carried out in speculative buildings.

Currently, the Monterrey market has a vacancy rate of 1.2 million square meters, positioning it as the market with the largest supply nationwide.
