Demand for the quarter showed a significant rebound, registering 235,000 square meters occupied, doubling the total reported during the same period in 2024.
Regarding cumulative demand, between January and September 2025, absorption reached 509,000 square meters, a figure already 14% higher than the cumulative total for the same period of the previous year.

The submarkets that concentrated the majority of transactions were primarily Polanco with 32%, followed by Insurgentes with 39% and Santa Fe with 13%.
