American Industries will invest 150 million dollars (mdd) this year to add 140 new hectares to its territorial reserves in Nuevo León and Chihuahua.
According to the company, during 2023 they will continue with the development of their industrial park located in Ciudad Juárez, as well as the second phases of other projects started in 2021, such as the one in Apodaca, Nuevo León and the capital of Chihuahua.

With these works, the company will add a total of 1.3 million square feet to its portfolio in the north of the country, where they will benefit from nearshoring.

The president of the Association of Maquiladoras and Exporters (Index) Chihuahua, Román Rivas Hong, announced that a new American Industries industrial park to the east of Ciudad Juárez will be inaugurated on April 18.

In this sense, the business leader commented that this new industrial park will house new companies that seek to invest in the state.
“We continue to grow in many steps in the industry and this assures us that we will have secure jobs for the next five years. For now, we are working on the infrastructure for these new companies”, he commented.
The polygon will be close to the airport and American Industries personnel will be in charge of revealing the first stone.
