Aguascalientes, Chihuahua and Coahuila with better incentives for real estate developments

According to the Mexican Real Estate Bank (BIM), real estate developments represent a solution to the unstoppable growth of cities, as they encourage investment and job creation.

In this sense, the BIM considers that the states with the greatest growth potential for 2021 and the following years are: Aguascalientes, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Guanajuato, Jalisco, Nuevo León, San Luis Potosí, Sinaloa, Sonora, Tamaulipas and Yucatán.

For example, according to the real estate analysis platform Solili, the industrial market in Aguascalientes is managing to attract new investments, especially from the automotive sector.

Until March 2021, Aguascalientes has an inventory of one million 288 thousand 26 square meters with a vacancy of 54 thousand 763 square meters.

The aforementioned entities have better prospects for the bank since they have the potential to meet the demand for housing, have a good investment and properly planned development plans.

According to data from the Association of Real Estate Developers (ADI), the economic participation of this sector encourages that, together, 3.1 million jobs are generated and around 483 billion pesos in investments, where 53.2% corresponds to the investment of the housing sector.
