The Institute of the National Housing Fund for Workers placed 26,830 credits in January. This result represented an increase of 14% compared to what was observed in the same month, but in 2020.

According to information from the Institute, the actions achieved in the first month of the year represented a spill of 9,039 million pesos. This amount was placed 8.6% of the investment made in January 2020.

With this result, January 2021 was placed as the second January with the greatest dynamism in the last five years, only below 2019.
