Fibra3 reports a 70 percent advance in the capitalization of its first project, Chinatown Monterrey in which the investment amounts to 380 million pesos, said Rafael Jiménez, the general director of the trust.

"We estimate that in less than six months it will be possible to capture 100 percent of the resources for this investment (the total investment in the project amounts to 544 million pesos)," Jiménez said.

"We are receiving proposals for Investment Funds from Spain and Dubai, which want to join Chinatown."
