FIBRASHOP concludes the acquisition of the Puerta la Victoria commercial center in Queretaro

FIBRASHOP announced that on October 27 it successfully concluded the purchase of the Puerta la Victoria shopping center in Queretaro, whose initial value is 2622.22 million pesos.

The shopping center is a "Fashion Mall" and is part of a mixed-use complex which includes a commercial area, offices, a 120-room hotel and an apartment complex developed in 7 stages.

Puerta la Victoria began operations on October 1, 2017 with contracts signed at 80% and has a Gross Profitable Area (ABR) of approximately 57,240 m2.
