BBVA Mexico will seek in 2021 to boost the housing sector, for which it will invest 62 billion pesos to promote its development; of the amount, 18 billion pesos will be for the construction of housing through bridge loans, and for the origination of mortgages it will allocate 44 billion pesos that will translate into more than 30 thousand mortgages.
BBVA Mexico highlighted that even in times of uncertainty it is a triggering branch of the national economy.

During January, the average sale price of apartments in the capital of the Republic contracted 1.9 percent compared to December 2020 and stood at 7 million 945 thousand 842 pesos.
