Tijuana, which exhibits the lowest vacancy at the national level with 0.9%, also rises in an important construction movement of 26 industrial buildings that group about 400 thousand m2 with 45% availability, where spaces from 10 thousand to 20 thousand m2 predominate .

In terms of their inventories, the markets that stand out the most with industrial warehouses in process are Querétaro with 6.4%, Mexicali with 5.9% and Saltillo with 5.4%.

Mexicali, for its part, currently builds about 171 thousand m2 when its total inventory is 2.9 million m2, which gives rise to strong construction activity in the area.

Of the 9 properties that are built, availability is around 30% with typologies between 5 thousand and 15 thousand m2.

Saltillo has also shown an important reaction on the part of developers to the increase in demand, which in quarterly terms reached 38% compared to the previous quarter.
