The Real Estate Investment Trust, Fibra Inn, completed the sale of the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hotel, which is located in Culiacán, Sinaloa. The transaction was for 85 million pesos, and is part of a trust plan to dispose of non-strategic assets.
